 Our team is made up of dedicated professionals skilled in procurement, supplier management, selection, and negotiation. We are now looking for a motivated Senior Buyer for maternity leave replacement to join our NPI & Project procurement team.

 We are seeking someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle multiple tasks, and adapts quickly to changes. If you’re proactive, take initiative, and enjoy problem-solving, we would love to hear from you! You will be responsible for:

Key responsibility:

  • Partnership in multi-interface projects such as development, engineering, quality, and production.
  • Working closely as with the development team and transferring a product to production.
  • Understanding the needs of organizational units in the company and managing processes and operations to support them.
  • Managing and partnering in cross-organizational streamlining projects, expanding the scope of activity, supplier evaluations, handling suppliers' quality issues, taking care and operating logistics issues and responding to internal customers.
  • Locating new suppliers and technologies, oversee samples' ordering, tracking, and receiving the orders.
  • Management of global and local suppliers: managing negotiations, capacity, quality, adherence to schedules, report management: delays and delivery dates, deficiencies etc. Including leading processes of efficiency, improvements, and cost reduction.
  • Partnership for documentation data, update, and maintenance the system such as correct raw materials, item files, templates, follow-up, and control after orders, receiving supply approvals/arrears, etc.
  • SOW writing, risk management, negotiations with subcontractors and meeting deadlines.
  • Inventory monitoring and dealing with daily problems.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement project management / NPI Procurement
  • Relevant BA /Industrial and Management Practical Engineer.
  • Experience working with development departments and technological knowledge.
  • Experience working with local and global suppliers
  • A course in procurement and logistics – advantage
  • Experience working with Priority, Office etc.
  • High level of English - verbal and written required
