We are seeking an innovative synthesis researcher to join our materials team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, synthesis, optimization and characterization of organic polymers and small molecules, as well as organic and inorganic nanoparticles. This position requires hands-on experience in laboratory and wet chemistry development, in a supportive and dynamic team that values creativity, innovation, and collaboration.


Responsibilities

  • Design, synthesize, and develop organic polymers, small molecules, and nanoparticles for advanced material applications.
  • Optimize syntheses processes to improve efficiency, yield, and material properties, as well as stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Characterize synthesized materials using techniques such as SEM, TEM, XRD, DLS, GPC, NMR, FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy and rheology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate synthesized materials into new product development.
  • Analyze, document, and present experimental results, providing insights for further development.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in polymer and nanoparticles synthesis to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Chemistry – a must.
  • Hands-on experience with wet-chemistry techniques.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.
