Role Overview:



As the Growth Partnerships Lead at WeSki, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and scaling a partnerships strategy that drives new customer acquisition and business growth. You will take full ownership of our strategic partnerships and affiliate marketing initiatives, identifying impactful opportunities and managing key relationships across travel, media, content, influencer, and digital distribution ecosystems.

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on — expected to initiate and close meaningful partnerships, while owning performance metrics and driving measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:


  • Partnership & Affiliate Strategy: Lead the development and execution of a scalable strategy across partnerships and affiliate channels to contribute directly to WeSki’s growth objectives.


  • Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-value partners across relevant verticals — including travel brands, media platforms, content networks, and affiliate ecosystems.


  • Campaign Execution & Enablement: Launch, manage, and optimize co-branded campaigns and affiliate initiatives with a focus on increasing reach, engagement, and customer conversions.


  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to align execution and drive partner performance.


  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Set KPIs, monitor channel and partner results, and apply insights to continuously optimize output and efficiency.


  • Market Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of market trends in partnerships and affiliate marketing to propose innovative collaborations and strategic plays.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development or affiliate marketing roles.


  • Proven track record of initiating, launching and scaling partnerships and affiliate programs that had a clear and measurable impact on business results.


  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building


  • Strong analytical capabilities, with comfort using performance data to guide strategy and decision-making.


  • Experience working with partner management and affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact, Awin, TUNE, PartnerStack)


  • Self-driven, highly organized, and able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.


  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).


Advantages

  • Skier / Snowboarder – always a plus.


  • Background in a B2C or travel-tech company.
