What you'll do
Collect and frame clients’ needs to ensure our solutions align with their business objectives.
Guide and train clients in the deployment of our platform, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
Act as a project manager on various projects, overseeing timelines, deliverables, and client satisfaction.
Identify new sales opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing relevant solutions.
Coordinate internally with the marketing, sales & pre-sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
You'll do it using:
5+ years of experience, preferably with a background in consulting or working directly with customers.
Project management and delivery skills to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Data analytics and data management skills to analyze client data and provide actionable insights.
General technical skills involved with project management and data analytics, including proficiency in relevant software and tools.
Strong customer relationship skills to build and maintain positive client interactions.
Proficiency in both English and French, with strong communication capabilities in these languages.
A passion for technical tasks as well as business analysis, allowing you to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
