Job Title: Marketing Communications Manager

Department: Global Marketing

Reports to: VP, Marketing

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Communications Manager with expertise in WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce.

This key role will drive the development and execution of global and regional communication initiatives with a strategic focus on digital lead generation, content creation, branding, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Communications & Brand Stewardship

  • Plan and execute integrated communication strategies to support product launches, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all product & marketing materials and channels.
  • Adapt and localize content for various global markets

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Own and manage lead generation activities through digital platforms including:
  • HubSpot for email marketing, automation workflows, landing pages, and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Corporate website updates and optimization (via WordPress) to increase traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube) with targeted campaigns to support pipeline growth.
  • Develop audience segmentation and persona-driven strategies to improve MQL acquisition and handoff to the sales team.

Web Content Management

  • Oversee the website’s structure, content, and UX using WordPress, ensuring SEO optimization, campaign integration, and timely updates.
  • Launch product-specific landing pages and campaign microsites aligned with lead gen goals and sales enablement needs.

CRM, Automation & Campaign Management

  • Design, launch, and analyze multichannel marketing campaigns in HubSpot, integrating campaign performance tracking into Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead lifecycle stages, from acquisition to conversion, using real-time CRM insights.

Content Creation, Video & Visual Media

  • Support marketing content creation including brochures, case studies, product sheets, blog articles, and internal communications.
  • Lead video production and photoshoot projects, including planning, vendor coordination, creative oversight, and editing review.
  • Produce and repurpose engaging content tailored to different stages of the customer journey and sales funnel.

Event & PR Support

  • Support trade shows, virtual webinars, and product launches with digital and physical assets, messaging, and communications planning.
  • Contribute to public relations strategies, including the creation of media kits, press releases, and journalist outreach.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

  • Define KPIs for all communication and lead generation activities and report regularly on campaign performance, ROI, website traffic, conversion rates, and lead flow.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and Salesforce reports to generate actionable insights and improve strategy effectiveness.


 


Requirements


Required

  • Education in the fields of Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree – an advantage
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or demand generation — preferably in medtech, healthcare, or B2B environments.
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English – written and spoken.
  • Experience working in an international working environment
  • Proficient in:
  •  WordPress for website management.
  • HubSpot for marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead nurturing.
  • Salesforce for CRM, lead tracking, and integration.
  • Strong content development skills, including marketing copywriting, content repurposing, and digital storytelling.
  • Experience coordinating video production and photoshoots for corporate and product marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment
  • Excellent teamwork capabilities

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or other martech tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills or experience working with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
