Your tasks will be:

• Responsible for worldwide role out of new tool and process for product sales planning, including process definition, coordination with tool experts and training of users in 2WP worldwide.
• Responsible for improving data quality of product sales and coordination with sales/controlling department.
• Responsible for organizing and arranging worldwide product sales forecasting in close cooperation with the worldwide sales/controlling community and management in 2WP.
• Responsible for automation and digitalization of sales reporting tool

業務内容：

• グローバルレベルでのセールスプランニングのためのツールおよびプロセス制定（2WP事業部内でのユーザーに対するトレーニングを含む）
• セールス部門／コントローリング部門と連携した、セールスデータクオリティの改善
• 2WP事業部のマネジメントや、各国のセールス／コントローリング部門と連携したプロダクトセールスの年間計画・予測の実施およびそのコーディネーション
• セールスレポーティングツールの自動化およびデジタル化

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• More than 3 years working experience
• Experience database handling by MS office software(Excel, PPT etc.)
• Very good analytical skills and motivation to learn
• Willingness to take responsibility and drive change in an international environment
• Very good English language skills
• Striving for improvement and standardization of internal processes
• Experience or interest in automation and digitalization to report and database

求められる経験・知識

• ３年以上の社会人経験
• MS Excel, PowerPoint等、MSオフィスソフトを使用したデータベース作成・メンテナンスなどの経験
• データの分析能力および、高い学習意欲
• 国際的な環境の中で、職責を全うする・広げようとする意欲、ならびに変化を推進する力
• 高い英語力（ビジネスレベル以上）
• 社内プロセスの改善や標準化に対する興味関心
• データ作成の自動化およびデジタル化に関する経験または興味関心

Preferable skills:

• German and / or Japanese language skills
• Experience and knowledge in controlling and/or accounting

望ましいスキル

• ドイツ語または日本語スキル
• ファイナンシャルコントローリングまたは会計の経験および知識
