Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Print ERP

Business Unit Overview: Print Reach Software, LLC, part of the Fullsteam organization. Our Enterprise Print ERP is a leading management solution designed to help enterprise print and mail shops streamline their operations, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency. As an advanced Management Information System, our platform provides tools for estimating, job tracking, postage accounting, inventory management, reporting, and more.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our Enterprise Print ERP product strategy, defining new features, and working closely with cross-functional teams to bring them to market. You will leverage customer insights, market research, and data-driven decision-making to improve the platform's capabilities and maintain its competitive edge.

This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, execution, and leadership, with an emphasis on balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Primary Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

● Define and drive the long-term product vision for our Enterprise Print ERP solution and ensure alignment with business goals.

● Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements that deliver the most value.

● Identify opportunities for automation, AI-driven insights, and improved integrations to enhance the platform's functionality.

Execution & Delivery

● Participate in product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

● Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to define product requirements and oversee Agile development cycles.

● Translate customer and prospect feedback and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.

● Drive scalability and performance improvements, ensuring our ERP solution remains a robust, reliable platform for users.

Customer & Market Insights

● Conduct user research and industry trend evaluations to refine our market position in the enterprise print management space.

● Work with sales and customer success teams to gather insights and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

● Define and track key product success metrics (KPIs) to evaluate feature adoption and overall product performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership

● Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.

● Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and training materials.

● Lead internal product demos and executive updates, articulating product progress and key decisions.

● Mentor and guide junior product managers, contributing to a strong product management culture within the organization.

Skills & Competencies:

Required:

● 10+ years of product management experience, ideally in ERP, SaaS, B2B, or workflow automation software.

● Technical acumen, with an understanding of APIs, cloud-based platforms, and system integrations.

● Strong background in UX/UI best practices, A/B testing, and user journey optimization.

● Experience leading end-to-end product development, from discovery to launch.

● Proven ability to use data, customer insights, and business strategy to inform product decisions.

● Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Preferred:

● Experience in print management systems, or related workflow automation software.

● MBA or equivalent experience in product strategy is a plus.
