Job description

Remote Patient Coordinator
Part-Time · Remote · Flexible Hours · Purpose-Driven Work

About the Role
We’re seeking a part-time Remote Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for individuals exploring care options. Communication will take place primarily via SMS, with occasional light phone support. This is not a scripted call center role—instead, you’ll engage in thoughtful, consultative conversations to help clients feel heard, understood, and confidently guided toward the right care path.

This is an on-call, flexible position where you’ll respond to incoming inquiries as they arrive throughout the day. During quieter periods, no active tasks are required, but you must remain available to engage quickly. This role is ideal for someone empathetic, tech-savvy, and wellness-minded—looking for meaningful part-time work that complements other commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound SMS messages

  • Ask insightful, open-ended questions to understand each patient’s needs and goals

  • Schedule phone consultations using tools such as Calendly

  • Accurately document patient interactions using CRM and scheduling platforms (training provided)

  • Build rapport with prospective patients through empathy, curiosity, and trust

  • Send personalized follow-ups when needed to support next steps

Qualifications

  • Comfortable learning and navigating digital tools; CRM and scheduling platform experience is a plus

  • Strong written communication for SMS, with clear verbal skills for occasional calls

  • Genuinely curious and compassionate, with a people-first mindset

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accurate documentation and privacy practices

  • Interest in or familiarity with healthcare, wellness, or telehealth services

  • Reliable availability during Eastern Time business hours (approximately 16:00–24:00 GMT)

  • Basic proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for light reporting tasks

Working Conditions

  • 100% remote, part-time role

  • Flexible, on-call schedule with timely responsiveness required

  • Competitive part-time base pay

Why Join Us

  • Have real conversations that help people take the next step in their health journey

  • Enjoy a flexible work setup that adapts to your lifestyle

  • Receive hands-on experience with popular digital health platforms like Go High Level, DrChrono, and Calendly

  • Be part of a caring, mission-driven team that values empathy, communication, and genuine connection

If you’re ready to support patients with compassion and clarity—while working remotely on a flexible schedule—we’d love to hear from you. Apply now.
