We’re hiring a Founding Customer Activations & Strategy Lead to build our activations motion from scratch. This is an in-person role based in San Francisco. 3+ years at a top consulting firm (or similar strategy/ops role) owning client workstreams end-to-end
Comfortable turning messy problems into structured plans—and rolling up sleeves to execute
Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets, Looker, SQL a plus) and crisp storytelling for QBRs & C-level syncs
Demonstrated interest in moving into Product Management
Experience with SaaS, GTM tooling or B2B pricing a plus, but attitude beats exact background
6-8 month path to PM
