About the role

This is a high impact role for an experienced Strategy and Operations professional who is looking for an opportunity to directly impact Partnership strategy and operational execution. In this role you will partner with the Sales, Partnerships, Product, Marketing & Revenue Operations leadership to drive partnerships strategy, planning, territory, quota, compensation, process optimization, system changes and pipeline generation activities for the partnerships team. You will have an opportunity to lead the transformation and growth of our partnerships business as we explore new routes to market and build the operational backbone of our partner business for scale. What you'll do at Deel

  • Help shape and implement the go-to-market strategy for Deel’s Partnerships function, drive annual and quarterly planning and target setting, conduct independent analysis of the business, gather insights, make compelling recommendations to GTM and RevOps leadership, and drive change management to improve the business in line with priorities.

  • Spearhead complex change management initiatives that increase breadth of Partnerships programs and improve the performance of the business.

  • Own recurring business processes, reporting, and key systems to drive operational delivery of Partnerships business. Iteratively improve data integrity and accuracy to drive business processes.

  • Act as Partners function collaborator with other key business and operations functions: sales operations, sales compensation, pricing, deal desk, marketing ops, product etc.

  • Own territory carving, territory updates, quota-setting analysis, and other data-driven priorities in planning and execution of the business.

  • Help lead Forecasting and business inspection cadence.

  • Build analytical dashboards in Google Sheets or Looker (if skill set allows) to support business decision making.

  • Work in a highly collaborative manner to drive revenue growth and scalable operations with various stakeholders across our Go-To-Market functions (e.g. Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, Customer Success, Growth, Marketing), Finance, and our Product team.

Some key qualifications

  • 7+ years of demonstrated success in revenue operations, partner operations, or a business operations function at leading tech companies

  • Fluency with Salesforce and adjacent sales productivity applications; experience with partnerships tech stack a huge plus.

  • Strong understanding of general SaaS operations, best practices, and industry standards

  • Experience working on a global team and collaborating with global stakeholders 

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence rapid business outcomes

  • Strong problem solver with the ability to drive detailed cross-functional projects

  • Nimble, adaptable, resilient, resourceful and gritty. Good sense of humor is a plus!
