Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Support Assistant to join their team. This role is essential in managing multiple inboxes, prioritizing important emails, handling unsubscriptions, organizing large datasets, and providing general team support as needed.
Location:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage multiple email inboxes, ensuring important communications are identified, responded to, and flagged appropriately.
Manage unsubscription requests promptly and accurately.
Handle cancellation requests efficiently and correctly.
Respond to general user queries and provide assistance as needed.
Organize, update, and maintain large datasets with consistency and accuracy.
Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively within deadlines.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and security.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency with email platforms and basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Previous experience in administrative or support roles is a plus.
Experience with marketing platforms such as Bird, Emotive, or similar tools is highly desirable.
