The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to lead full-cycle enterprise sales—from first touch to close. You’ll be selling into big brands, navigating complex deals, and working cross-functionally to refine our sales motion. This role is perfect for someone who’s been in the startup trenches before and knows how to close high-value deals while helping build the GTM foundation.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the entire sales process—from outbound prospecting to signed contract

  • Close multi-seat, multi-year enterprise deals with high-profile clients

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders in marketing, analytics, and procurement

  • Maintain an accurate, organized pipeline in Salesforce and HubSpot

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and CS to continuously improve the sales playbook

  • Use tools like Gong to analyze performance and coach peers

  • Share market feedback and help refine messaging, positioning, and pricing

What You Bring
  • 4+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a high-growth, U.S.-based SaaS company

  • A proven track record closing complex enterprise deals (ideally $50K+ ARR)

  • Fluency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, and other modern sales tools

  • Experience selling into marketing, data, or analytics teams

  • Strong communication skills—comfortable with technical and executive audiences

  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work EST-aligned hours

Bonus Points
  • Experience shaping sales motions in early-stage startups

  • Background in ad tech, media, analytics, or performance marketing

  • History of exceeding quota in a builder-style role
