What you’ll be doing:

As a QA Automation Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced QA Engineers, developers, and product managers in a collaborative and agile environment. You’ll be exposed to real-world automation frameworks and processes while contributing to the quality and stability of our cutting-edge video technology products.

Your main focus will be learning how to create, maintain, and execute automated tests for web-based platforms and APIs. You'll help identify bugs early in the development process and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for millions of users.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Writing and maintaining automated test cases using industry-standard tools and frameworks
  • Collaborating with the QA and development teams to understand feature requirements and testing needs
  • Executing automated and manual test plans, analyzing results, and reporting defects
  • Learning how to work in an agile development process with 2-week sprints
  • Participating in code reviews, daily standups, and sprint planning sessions
  • Assisting with documentation of test procedures and contributing to internal QA best practices
  • Monitoring and improving test coverage over time
  • Supporting CI/CD testing pipelines
Qualifications:
  • Students in the final years of a technical university or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Passion for software testing and an interest in automation
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, or similar
  • Understanding of software development and testing fundamentals (SDLC, STLC, bug lifecycle)
  • Previous exposure to testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) is a plus
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, and Postman is an advantage
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies
  • Professional attitude, strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
