Job description

This role is offered for a 12 month, fixed-term duration. The approximate start date for this engagement is 7/1/25 and the role will end 7/1/26.

Job overview
The product analytics team is responsible for developing our portfolio of reports and data insights that support product development teams seeking to improve the health of our members. Using data spanning app engagement, clinical outcomes, behavioral health indicators, and claims, you will partner our product and engineering teams to identify and solve the biggest challenges across Omada’s 1.5k customers and 600k members.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own the data architecture and data mapping required to support the growing product reporting needs
  • Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis to drive further investment and evolution of Omada programs 
  • Develop and support well-designed Amplitude and Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools)
  • Work closely with various data teams to improve data quality and standardize reporting
  • Define operational processes and support system enhancements that drive analytics and reporting support at scale 
  • Collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, data science, data engineering and architecture, clinical, and product
  • Explore and integrate applications of AI into product analytics use cases 

About you:

The ideal candidate should have the following Qualifications, Experience, and Education:

  • At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, ideally 7+ years of experience
  • Expert SQL skills with strong experience in designing and developing 
  • Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement
  • Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics
  • Strong relational database design/development skills
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Skills: Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data model and Excel.

Below is a summary of salary ranges for this role in the following geographies:

California, New York State and Washington State Base Compensation Ranges: $142,600 - $178,300, Colorado Base Compensation Ranges: $136,400 - $170,500

The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, such as the candidate's skills and experience, and other business considerations.
