Job description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT)

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably within construction, property, or a related industry.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tools), and SQL.
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What will you do?

  • Maintain and improve existing reports across pre-construction and construction departments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Develop new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance, operational efficiency, forecasting, and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand their data needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks.
  • Conduct data validation, cleaning, and analysis from various systems (e.g., project management tools, CRM).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends or anomalies.
  • Assist in building forecasting models for workload planning, resource allocation, and project timelines.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Champion data-driven culture within the business by promoting best practices in data use and decision-making.
