Senior Content Manager
Location: Remote | Full-Time | Contract | US Hours
About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Content Manager for our client, to own and lead our content efforts across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building compelling brand stories, driving engagement through SEO-optimized content, and leading a high-performing team of writers and content creators. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, design, and strategy teams to create campaigns that inform, engage, and convert.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators to maintain consistent quality and brand voice.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • Drive SEO content efforts, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance via tools like SEMrush and Google Search Console.
  • Work closely with design and marketing teams to deliver high-impact landing pages, ads, and social media content.
  • Track and analyse content performance, adjusting strategy based on data.
  • Ensure smooth content workflow and operations, optimizing processes for efficiency.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in content management, content strategy, or digital marketing.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing content teams and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, copywriting, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, Braze, WordPress, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Asana, Trello, and Toggl.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Media Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
