About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented New Sales Executive Enterprise Asia to focus on expanding our client base in the Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) industry across North Asia. This role is crucial for identifying and acquiring new enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and establishing lasting relationships.
As New Sales Executive, you will be responsible for/to:
· Identify and target potential enterprise clients across North Asia (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea and Japan), effectively positioning our CPaaS solutions to meet their communication needs.
· Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for client acquisition.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects at multiple levels within an enterprise organisation, deliver business value and innovation to a customer's business by understanding customer's key business challenges and potential for growth, and guiding them through the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
· Collaborate with marketing, product, technical, and partner teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client requirements and enhance customer experience.
· Be focused on solving client pain points with out of box thinking, ensure the customer has an exceptional experience while driving outcomes for their business.
In order to be successful for this role, we believe you should have:
· Proven experience in sales within the CPaaS, technology, or telecommunications industries.
· Preferred experience in financial services, commerce/retail, healthcare and technology industries.
· Strong understanding of enterprise client dynamics and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
· Operates at a high pace and focuses on strong relationship-based selling.
· Making client site visits and presentations a must.
· Uses internal relationships to exceed customer expectations and provide support to the team.
· Engages and persuades mid- level to senior level management.
· Must have the ability to see patterns and deconstruct problems to develop solutions.
· Identify multiple causes, effects and customer solutions.
· Customer centric mindset, with the ability to interface with support team on a daily basis.
· Utilizes Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, proposal tools, and other sales utilities.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
· Excellent verbal and written in English, and proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese preferred.
