The Opportunity
Neat (neat.no) is seeking to hire a Senior Director of Online Business. Reporting directly to our VP of Marketing, this high-profile role will be responsible for driving the success of Neat’s ecommerce, online demand engine, and web and digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and oversee the execution of the online business strategy, achieving both ecommerce and demand generation goals
· Accountable for online business revenue, forecasting, and commitments · Oversee ecommerce platform, including product display and buy-flows
· Lead global digital marketing efforts, including display, SEM, and paid social
· Lead overall website optimization and development, including SEO, navigation, content, look and feel, customer journey, lead forms, and so forth
· Lead partner online efforts – e.g. partner co-promotions and merchandising on partner sites
· Incorporate testing and optimization throughout the site, including a/b testing and customer behavior analysis · Manage a dispersed team of web developers, and web, digital, and ecommerce marketers
· Own online performance metrics across demand, ecommerce, and web traffic, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven initiatives
· Engage and collaborate cross-functionally with C-suite, product, systems, finance, and operations to achieve success
Skills and Experience:
· Minimum 12 years direct experience in web and digital marketing, including experience as a function and people leader
· Experience in companies that sell B2B physical (e.g. hardware) as well as SaaS technology at a global scale
· Experience across the ecommerce, demand gen, digital marketing, and website management aspects of online business
· Strategic thinker: able to develop and implement online business strategies that further the overall company goals and are backed by data and technical expertise
· Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, including presenting to senior executives
