👊 If you’ve got:
✅ 1+ year of technical support experience (applications, services, or software)
🐧 Real-world Linux skills (logs, diagnostics, CLI magic)
🌐 Comfort with networking tools (ping, ssh, netstat, etc.)
🧠 Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and web tech
🗣️ Solid English (B1+), because great support starts with clear communication

💡 Bonus if you're fluent in Python, Bash, Git, Jira—or know how containers work.
