Location:

Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Project & Operations Manager to bring structure and scalability to a dynamic team. You'll audit current processes, identify bottlenecks, and build repeatable systems that drive performance across departments. This is a builders role, ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, can translate vision into operations, and enjoys driving meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and optimize operational workflows across departments.
  • Implement scalable project management systems (e.g., Todoist or alternatives).
  • Create SOPs, checklists, and timelines for recurring initiatives.
  • Translate goals into actionable project plans with minimal direction.
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure high-quality client delivery.
  • Communicate with clarity and strategic intent in both writing and meetings.
  • Partner with the CEO to translate vision into priorities, and keep the leadership team aligned and accountable.
  • Own strategic initiatives from inception to completion, serving as the connective tissue across business functions.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, propose solutions, and proactively remove blockers before they hit the CEOs plate.


Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years in operations, project management, or systems design roles.
  • Proven ability to build and optimize workflows from scratch.
  • High degree of independence, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience in remote-first organizations.
  • Familiarity with project tools like Todoist, ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Background in client-facing environments with a focus on responsiveness and delivery consistency.
