Job description

Objectives and Responsibilities of this Role:

  • Document the Definition of Global Standard and Roll-Out approach for Standard Absence, OTL solution
  • Serve as primary contact for business queries and concerns e.g. to-be solution or to-be business process
  • Conducting Absence and OTL Design workshops and Functional Process workshops
  • Responsible for collecting and documenting detailed requirements for Absence and OTL Management
  • Identifying business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Absence and OTL functionality as well as documenting functionality gaps and developing solutions to them
  • Ensure Country Local Requirements are in line with Global Design Principles
  • Provide Guidance to Development team on configuration tasks
  • Ensure the target solutions and to-be business process are well documented, communicated, agreed and signoff by all the relevant stakeholders
  • Facilitate testing scenarios (e.g. new feature is introduced, country specific regulatory use case, use case that has an impact to local process, etc) as well as supporting the country to simulate the post live end-to-end process
  • Providing Project Status reports to the Global HR and Global BIT
  • Manage the project scope and change with the in-country project team
  • Facilitate communication with the regions / countries during the pre-project initiation phase by ensuring that the country has done all necessary preparations
  • Facilitate discussion with Global Product Owner if conflicts between local requirements and Global Design Principles arise
  • Conduct Train-the-Trainer training session for employees (self-service), managers (approval workflows) and HR (analytics and exception data handling)
  • Support the Change Management & Feedback session conducted in region/country from a system functionality perspective.

  • Global Standards and Rollout Approach for Oracle Absence, Time & Labor Solution
  • Rollout Oracle HCM Absence, and Time & Labor Management standard solution, including integration from/to clocking machine, payroll.
  • Global Absence, Time & Labor Config Document
  • Global Absence Country Local Requirement
  • Time & Labor Local policies, regulatory, and laws compliance document
  • Technical specification for Absence and OTL
