Job description

We are seeking Freelance IT Recruiters with a proven track record in sourcing and placing IT professionals across a range of skill levels from entry-level tech support to senior-level consultants and engineers for clients in Europe, with a strong focus on Spain.

This is a remote, project-based opportunity ideal for independent recruiters who understand the European talent landscape and can deliver quality hires across diverse IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and manage candidates for a variety of IT service roles from helpdesk/support staff to senior software developers, cybersecurity experts, and cloud consultants.

  • Market Focus: Identify and engage tech talent specifically for Spanish and broader European markets, adhering to relevant labor laws and GDPR compliance.

  • Client Needs Matching: Collaborate closely with hiring teams to understand technical requirements, job scope, and cultural fit.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Use advanced sourcing methods including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and freelance platforms to build strong pipelines.

  • Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication, build trust, and ensure a positive candidate journey throughout the process.

  • Reporting: Provide timely updates on progress, candidate status, and market feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical/IT recruitment with a focus on Europe (especially Spain).

  • Experience hiring for a wide range of IT roles including:

    • Helpdesk & Support

    • System Administrators

    • Web Developers & Software Engineers

    • Cloud & DevOps Engineers

    • Data Analysts & Scientists

    • Cybersecurity Specialists

  • Strong understanding of the European tech talent landscape, particularly within Spain.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver quality results on tight timelines.

  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a major plus.

  • Familiarity with freelance/remote hiring models is a bonus.
