Bringing Home the Dough

The Sales Enablement Training and Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and managing communications and training initiatives for Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs) and the sales team. This role ensures the delivery of effective, timely, and relevant information through various channels, including the IDP portal and workshops. The Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams to create educational content, enhance portal functionality, and support sales enablement strategies. The position plays a key role in strengthening Franchisee engagement, improving operational knowledge, and aligning communications to support overall business objectives.

Rising to the Challenge: Position Responsibilities

Training Development & Delivery:

· Independently assess training needs across departments and IDP's, aligning programs withbrand standards, retailer objectives, IDP tools, and product knowledge

· Design and develop visually engaging electronic training materials

· Facilitate training through various delivery methods including in-person instruction, e-learning, and on-the-territory sessions

· Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge

· Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements

· Monitor, track, and report on training progress and outcomes

· Partner with subject matter experts to develop and deliver specialized training content

· Stay current on training trends and best practices to enhance program effectiveness

· Create and maintain training records and documentation

· Collaborate with Human Resources to align training with employee development policies


Franchisee Support & Onboarding

· Develop and lead the creation of comprehensive e-training and onboarding programs for new Independent Distributor Partners

· Create training for existing Franchisees in areas such as business development, customer procedures, and technical skill-building

· Assist Sales Enablement Operations Managers with communications and materials for Prospective Distributor onboarding and training

· Maintain 3rd party customer call center to support retail customers’ needs.


Communications Management

· Create, edit, and manage communications content for IDP portal, workshops, partnership meetings, and internal reporting

· Assist in responding to Franchisee communication requests and maintain communication workflows

· Write, design, and distribute various materials for the Sales Enablement team and IDPs

· Develop and manage surveys and Invitations to Bid (ITBs) using Microsoft Forms and other tools.

· Create and maintain business process forms and checklists in Adobe and Excel

 

Collaboration & Compliance

· Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, HR, and other departments to align training and communication strategies

· Support the planning and execution of partnership meetings and Prospective Distributor training events

· Ensure compliance with all company policies including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Harassment, Safety, Sarbanes-Oxley, and others

· Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including schedule adherence and support of operational processes

Knead to Know: Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years of Communications experience with a proven track record in a similar role (preferable in CPG and/or DSD)

We offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package. Salary range - $60,000 - $65,000 DOE.
