Job description

Imaging Project Manager
Key Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Visage Radiology PACS experience (strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the PACS workstation environment, including:
  • PowerScribe 360 expertise
  • Epic Radiant, with emphasis on the Radiologist PACS workstation dashboard
  • Firm understanding of clinical workflows, including:
  • Radiologist, technologist, and imaging support processes
  • How reading worklists are structured around radiologist shifts and constraints
  • Impact of PACS utilization by non-radiologist clinicians
Additional Requirements:
  • Experience with DICOM archive migrations
  • Familiarity with other PACS platforms is a definite advantage:

Soft Skills & Role Expectations:
  • Ability to go beyond support—this is a strategic and collaborative role
  • Comfortable assessing enterprise-wide needs and proactively identifying potential issues before go-live
  • Will work under high-pressure conditions with firm, non-negotiable deadlines
  • Project scope: enterprise rollout to all Trinity Health hospitals within ~2 years, with overlapping implementation waves
Travel & Engagement:
  • Significant travel to health ministries across the system
  • Will assess current workflows and environments, and collaborate with local operations teams to:
  • Understand current-state needs
  • Align practices with implementation goals
  • Will contribute actively to a cross-functional, systemwide project team
