NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Finance Manager to join our team for six months or longer temporary assignment with the possibility of being hired permanently. JOB SUMMARY
 Do you have a passion for data analysis and process optimization? You can put your skills and interests to work by joining our Financial Change Order (FCO) group. An individual who joins our team will be responsible for building and maintaining business rules and processes to ensure client change requests are financially assessed before implementation. The team’s primary goal is to ensure proper financial controls and improve our client level financial performance by placing proper controls around implementation of programs or changes to a client’s benefit or formulary design.
 
In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Be responsible for evaluating the potential financial impact of a plan design change using existing models or by working with internal partners.
  • Support the development of new tools user acceptance testing.
  • Access data via Excel and tools such as SQL/ SAS and use financial change order models to model projected rebate guarantee impact analysis.
  • Coordinate the efforts across company teams that can include Sales, Analytic Consulting Services, Clinical Operations, Underwriting, and other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to review changes to a client’s benefit design, formulary, or implementation of a product.
  • Provide consultative support to internal stakeholders on analysis including but not limited to sales, underwriting and underwriting analytics teams.
  • This role will be supporting the client’s specific analyses and discussions and provide consultative support on additional ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
 3+ years professional experience in data analytics, finance, pricing or process improvement role or equivalent combination of professional experience and education
  • 1+ years working with PBM data or PBM financial analysis
  • Bachelor’s degree finance, mathematics, operations, statistics, actual science, data science, economics or data fields.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Requires sitting for long periods of time. Some bending, stretching or reaching required. Requires the physical dexterity to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment as necessary. Requires ability to perform data entry functions for 95% of the scheduled work shift and perform duties in a fast-paced environment with high demands and tight deadlines. Requires ability to view computer monitor for long periods of time without eyestrain.
