The role:
As a T2/T3 Remote Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients. You will handle complex issues, ensure timely resolution, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft environments.

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide remote technical support to clients, addressing and resolving help desk tickets in a timely manner.
● Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
● Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft environments, including servers and Microsoft 365 administration.
● Assist end users with technical support, including software and hardware troubleshooting.
● Maintain detailed and accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
● Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
● Ensure high responsiveness and organization in handling multiple support requests simultaneously.
● Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:
● Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people.
● Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role, preferably at a T2/T3 level.
● Proficiency in Microsoft environments, including servers and Microsoft 365 administration.
● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
● Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator) are a plus.
