General Description
We are seeking a proactive L2 Support Analyst to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will play an important role in supporting site migrations, specifically focusing on DNS management for websites hosted on CDN providers. Additionally, you will assist with third-party integrations and provide support for internal systems. 

Your primary responsibilities will involve diagnosing technical issues, assisting with production environments, and ensuring seamless transitions. As an integral part of our support team, you will communicate effectively with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to resolve escalated incidents and optimize processes.

Responsibilities
Technical Support & Incident Management
Provide Level 2 support for web applications.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues escalated from L1 support or reported by stakeholders.
Coordinate with L3 engineering teams when deeper analysis or code fixes are needed.
Problem Analysis & Resolution
Investigate, document, and track recurring incidents to identify systemic issues and recommend improvements.
Work closely with developers and QA teams to escalate unresolved defects for timely correction.
Assist in system monitoring to proactively detect and resolve issues.
Production Support & Continuous Improvement
Assist with production environment monitoring, identifying risks and anomalies.
Provide insights on best practices for system reliability and scalability.
Stay up to date on emerging support methodologies to enhance troubleshooting efficiency.
