Regional Marketing & Events Specialist
Remote EMEA/APAC

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Regional Marketing & Events Specialist to support our growing presence across Europe and Asia-Pacific. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about bringing marketing initiatives to life across diverse regions and languages.

As part of our global marketing team, you’ll be responsible for managing and supporting regional events and tradeshows, coordinating brochure production and localization, working closely with our regional distributors, and executing digital marketing activities such as webinars and email campaigns as needed. This role offers the opportunity to travel to key regional events and contribute directly to expanding our footprint in the EMEA &  APAC markets.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Plan and execute regional tradeshows and events in collaboration with sales and distributor partners
  • Coordinate logistics, shipping, and local print production for event materials
  • Support onsite presence for events (up to 2-3 times per year including 1 major annual show)
  • Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for distributors in EMEA and APAC regions 
  • Ensure alignment of brand across regional materials and support distributor engagement with brochures, assets, and campaigns
  • Track and manage regional brochure needs, including reprints and translations
  • Set up and manage EMEA & APAC webinars (platform setup, registration, Q&A moderation, follow-up communications)
  • Assist with building email campaigns and landing pages in collaboration with the global marketing operations team
  • Coordinate translation workflows and QA for regional email and brochure content
  • Maintain an organized library of EMEA & APAC specific marketing materials
  • Track event participation, campaign performance, and distributor support activities
  • Ensure timely updates and coordination with the broader global marketing team
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Required Experience:
  • 2–5 years of experience in a marketing or events coordination role, ideally in a B2B or healthcare environment
  • Based in Europe, with the ability to travel regionally for events
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience using marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GoToWebinar, Google Workspace, Trello) is a plus
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus
  • Experience working with international teams or distributors preferred
  • Self-starter comfortable working remotely with cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable navigating between event logistics, marketing operations, and creative tasks
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality and well-executed marketing experiences
