Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled SAP Controlling (CO) Consultant to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP CO modules and strong integration experience with SAP FI and other functional areas. You will play a key role in the design, implementation, and support of SAP CO processes to meet the business and financial controlling needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP CO module implementations and enhancements across:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders (IO)
- Product Costing (PC)
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Actual Costing / Material Ledger
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure SAP CO modules and perform unit/integration testing.
Support period-end closing activities and financial reporting processes.
Create and maintain documentation, conduct training sessions, and support end-users.
Work closely with ABAP developers for custom developments and reporting.
Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (FI, MM, PP, SD).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP CO modules.
Proven experience in full life-cycle SAP implementations and support projects.
Strong understanding of financial controlling and management accounting processes.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
English fluency required; additional languages (e.g., German, Spanish) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SAP Fiori apps and embedded analytics.
Knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) in S/4HANA.
Exposure to SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.
Experience in sectors like manufacturing, automotive, or pharmaceuticals is an advantage.
