About the Position: 
Reporting to the Associate Director of Boarding & Maintenance, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for managing staff as well as monitoring and maintaining all QA processes, procedures, and daily duties within the Quality Assurance Department.  This role supports the audits Maverick process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in relation to merchants and partners. 
  • Planning and directing the work of Department employees using independent judgment within Company parameters.
  • Directly oversee the employees, processes and activities within the Quality Assurance Department.  
  • Planning and directing the work of Department employees using independent judgment within Company parameters. 
  • Coordination of hiring and training for all employees within perspective department. 
  • Advising on policy and procedure enhancements to enhance business development throughout the Company. 
  • Recommending and implementing processes and/or strategies for quality assurance based on business forecasting and support needs.  
  • Exercising independent judgment, discretion and decision making related to department escalations and responsibilities. 
  • Managing updates or changes to existing policies and procedures related to the Quality Assurance Department. 
  • Overseeing and directing the internal ticket management system, monthly assignments, projects, etc. as well as establishing SLAs for department employees. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Extensive TSYS/PPM/CBOS knowledge
  • 5-10 years of merchant processing experience working with software user interfaces within the merchant processing field.
  • 2-5 years in a leadership role preferably specific to merchant services.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding various matrix verticals and associated risks.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with ability to liaise with team members and leadership of various levels.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities with the ability to effectively guide and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict effectively.

Pay Range: $84- $90K. This position will consider remote candidates in the following states: AZ, CA (Outside of LA Metro area), CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA.
