ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-focused team member to support our Cleaning Operations team in managing partnerships, solving problems, and keeping our operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone with a background in administrative support, customer service, or sales, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building relationships and keeping things organized.
 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL…
  • Perform administrative support duties which are foundational to our business operations, such as performance reporting and invoicing.
  • Assist in maintaining new processes or updates by coordinating logistics and providing documentation and follow-through.
  • Help monitor order processing and partner feedback, and assist in resolving any issues that come up.
  • Track key operational metrics (don’t worry—we’ll train you!), organize reports, and help identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with teammates across departments (including delivery, customer support, and product) to support operational efficiency.
     
AS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU…
  • Have experience in administrative, customer service, or sales roles, and you enjoy keeping things running behind the scenes.
  • Are highly organized and know how to follow up, follow through, and keep communication clear.
  • Are comfortable talking to all kinds of people, from field staff to internal leadership.
  • Are resourceful—you don’t need to know everything, but you know how to find answers.
  • Have a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and enjoy being part of a team that works towards solving problems.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU...
  • Have experience with spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel) and productivity platforms such as Slack, Asana, Hubspot or Pipedrive.
  • Are bilingual (English/Spanish is a plus!)
  • Enjoy improving processes and organizing workflows
