Role Summary: 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Facility Management Specialist to join our team of problem-solvers. In this role, you will contribute to the sustainment of military medical facilities by assessing and managing real property data. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS) and work closely with clients and team members to develop effective facilities management strategies that directly impact the lives of those serving our nation. 

Your Day-to-Day: 

• Perform visual assessments of real property to determine efficiency and life expectancy. 
• Travel to domestic and international sites for property assessments. 
• Update and maintain data in BUILDER using tablets and proprietary software. 
• Develop actionable work plans and validate project requirements. 
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet project goals and deadlines. 
• Adhere to stringent industry and company standards. 

What We’re Looking For: 

• Excellent communication and time management skills. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 
• Experience in healthcare, construction, or maintenance sectors is a plus. 
• Must be eligible for a DoD Position of Trust (Tier 1 level investigation)
• Experience with SMS-BUILDER preferred. 
• Former military members with a background in construction or facilities management are highly encouraged to apply.
