Who we need: 


 
Overview:
 We are seeking a results-driven Paid Search Specialist/Strategist with 2–7 years of experience to join our fast-paced marketing agency. The ideal candidate is passionate about paid media, data-driven optimization, and eager to leverage and learn AI-powered tools to maximize campaign performance. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing paid search strategies across multiple client accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of digital marketing trends-including artificial intelligence in advertising.



 
 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid search (PPC/SEM) campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and emerging channels.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Write compelling ad copy and test creative variations to improve click-through and conversion rates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with account managers, digital strategists, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Utilize and experiment with AI-driven tools for campaign automation, bid management, and data analysis to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and advancements in AI and machine learning as they relate to paid search marketing.
  • Present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear, data-driven manner.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the agency.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2–7 years’ hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and related PPC platforms and tools.
  • Demonstrated experience with campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered advertising tools and a strong desire to learn and apply AI and automation for campaign improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex concepts to clients and team members.
  • Google Ads and/or Analytics certification is a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
