Epic HIM Consultant

Job Title: Epic HIM Consultant (Identity, HB Coding, ROI, DT, CDI/DPR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Epic HIM build, configuration, and optimization.
  
• Ensure best practices in HIM workflows, data integrity, and coding compliance.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.
  
• Provide SME guidance for Identity, HB Coding, ROI, DT, and potentially CDI/DPR modules.
  
• Participate in testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer processes.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Epic Certification in Identity and Hospital Billing (HB) Coding.
  
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on Epic HIM experience.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in ROI and Deficiency Tracking (DT); certification preferred.
  
• Strong understanding of CDI/DPR workflows (experience preferred).
  
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote consulting capacity.
  
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  

Contract Details:

• Duration: 3 months (with high likelihood of extension)
  
• Schedule: Full-time consulting hours
  
• Location: 100% remote (Must reside and work within the U.S.)
