Job description

This is a remote position.

Role Name: Real Estate Cold Caller

Schedule:

  • Part-time 2.5 hours per day. from 4:30-7:00 EST. No calling on Monday's.

Client Time-zone: EST (Eastern Time)


As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you'll be the crucial first point of contact in our property acquisition process, connecting with potential sellers from our carefully curated lead lists. This role offers the perfect blend of structured outreach and relationship building, where you'll qualify prospects and set appointments for our acquisition team. Working in a results-driven environment, you'll have the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on successful deal closings. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on phone communication and enjoys the satisfaction of converting cold calls into valuable opportunities.


Responsibilities
  • Execute strategic outbound calls to pre-foreclosure and expired listing leads during peak response hours

  • Conduct initial property owner conversations using proven qualification scripts

  • Gather essential information about property conditions, pricing expectations, and seller motivation

  • Schedule appointments for the in-house acquisition team with qualified sellers

  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our user-friendly CRM system

  • Systematically work through lead lists to maximize contact rates and opportunities

  • Track and report daily call metrics and success rates

  • Follow up with potential sellers according to established protocols



Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence

  • Strong ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow

  • Basic computer proficiency for CRM management and data entry

  • Resilient and positive attitude with ability to maintain enthusiasm throughout calls

  • Available to work afternoon/evening hours (approximately 4-8 PM EST)

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Detail-oriented with strong organization skills

  • Previous cold calling experience is a plus but not required

  • Commitment to working at least 20 hours per week

  • Ability to work independently while following established processes
