Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (US Eastern Time, Delaware)
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Our client is seeking a Team Operations Supervisor to oversee and support a small team of remote professionals. In this role, you’ll manage daily operations, improve processes, and work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives. You’ll be responsible for streamlining workflows, enhancing team productivity, and ensuring timely communication and project delivery across different time zones. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of three remote professionals

  • Develop and implement efficient operational processes and team workflows

  • Collaborate with the CEO on strategy and process improvements

  • Monitor performance metrics and focus on revenue-generating tasks

  • Coordinate projects across multiple time zones and languages

  • Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Ensure clear communication and timely project delivery

  • Support collaboration between interpreters, team members, and clients

  • Provide basic technical and operational support to the executive team

  • Conduct research to identify service improvement opportunities



Requirements
  • Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles

  • Excellent organizational skills with a knack for creating clear procedures

  • Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptability

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures

  • French language skills are a strong plus

  • Experience managing remote teams and using virtual collaboration tools

  • Strong focus on prioritizing revenue-generating activities

  • Tech-savvy with ability to provide light technical support

  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs

  • Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours
