This is a remote position.
Lead and mentor a team of three remote professionals
Develop and implement efficient operational processes and team workflows
Collaborate with the CEO on strategy and process improvements
Monitor performance metrics and focus on revenue-generating tasks
Coordinate projects across multiple time zones and languages
Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure clear communication and timely project delivery
Support collaboration between interpreters, team members, and clients
Provide basic technical and operational support to the executive team
Conduct research to identify service improvement opportunities
Proven experience in team leadership or supervisory roles
Excellent organizational skills with a knack for creating clear procedures
Strong problem-solving skills and quick adaptability
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cultures
French language skills are a strong plus
Experience managing remote teams and using virtual collaboration tools
Strong focus on prioritizing revenue-generating activities
Tech-savvy with ability to provide light technical support
Flexible and adaptable to shifting business needs
Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours
