• Hours: Eastern Time (ET) with a minimum 6-hour overlap to ensure effective collaboration with North American clients. Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. A night shift bonus is added if you do 6 hours or more of overlap with the ET time zone.
  
• You are responsible for ensuring you have a quiet working environment, a stable/reliable internet connection, and are camera ready during working hours.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic NetSuite Developer – Products and Services to play a critical role in developing custom solutions and integrations within the NetSuite ERP ecosystem. This role will focus on the development of both product-related enhancements and service-oriented customizations, ensuring seamless integration of client-specific workflows and business needs. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance solutions that support both our products and professional service offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Service Customization:

• Design and implement customizations in NetSuite that enhance product features while aligning with service requirements. Develop tailored solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
  

Modular Development:

• Create and manage modular developments that contribute to both product enhancements and services deliverables, ensuring consistency and compatibility across the platform.
  

Client-Specific Solutions:

• Collaborate with services teams to customize NetSuite environments for client-specific needs, from custom scripts to specialized workflows, ensuring the solutions meet both technical and functional requirements.
  

Integration with Products & External Systems:

• Develop integrations that connect NetSuite with other systems (CRM, eCommerce, third-party applications) to enhance the value of Kalpa’s products and services offerings.
  

Workflow Automation for Services:

• Implement workflows that automate key business processes for client services, improving efficiency and ensuring smooth operations within the NetSuite environment.
  

Collaboration with Product and Services Teams:

• Work closely with product managers and service delivery teams to ensure development aligns with both product roadmaps and client project needs, delivering high-quality results across both areas.
  

Quality Assurance & Testing:

• Conduct unit testing and collaborate in code reviews to ensure the integrity, security, and scalability of customizations and integrations, meeting the highest development standards.
  

Ongoing Support for Products & Services:

• Provide technical support post-deployment, ensuring any issues with products or services customizations are resolved efficiently to maintain client satisfaction.
  

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  

Experience:

• 3+ years of NetSuite development experience with a focus on both products and services solutions.
  

Skills:

• Expertise in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and advanced NetSuite customizations.
  
• Experience integrating NetSuite with external systems for both products and services.
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to balance multiple projects, delivering high-quality solutions on time.
  
• Preferred Certifications: NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer
