Key responsibilities:
Design, configure, and deploy Dynamics CRM solutions based on both out-of-the-box features and complex customizations.
Manage client-facing communications and facilitate customer meetings to capture action items.
Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for assigned applications and standardize release management processes.
Participate in planning and scheduling release management activities across multiple environments, including UAT and Production.
