About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in investment management and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise, exceptional analytical capabilities, and proven experience working in Agile environments. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive effective project execution and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a domain expert with a strong understanding of investment management, compliance, and regulatory compliance areas.
Work with and analyze complex data structures, including Data Lakes, database design, vendor data (especially ESG data), investment holdings, and security data.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of various asset classes, including corporate and sovereign investments.
Apply strong logical reasoning and analytical skills to solve business problems.
Lead and manage multiple Agile scrum teams, including teams with shared resources across various projects.
Perform end-to-end business analysis, gather and document detailed requirements, and ensure alignment with project goals.
Track and manage software testing processes and production releases.
Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, SMEs, project sponsors, and technical teams.

Tools & Technical Skills:

Proficient in:
- JIRA, including Agile boards and Plans/Roadmaps
- Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Visio, Excel, Word for project documentation and reporting
Experienced with PowerPoint for executive-level presentations and status updates
Skilled in project status tracking, reporting, and communicating updates to senior management
Familiar with technical environments and able to work closely with technical teams
