Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: Php 80,000 – Php 90,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

Your Responsibilities as a Senior Interior Designer would be:
Interior Design & Brand Execution:
• Lead concept development and space planning that reflect each brand’s design language and operational flow.
• Produce complete design documentation including floor plans, elevations, finish schedules, FF&E spec sheets, material boards, and renderings.
• Oversee and ensure adherence to design quality and intent throughout the construction and install process.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive brand design standards, FF&E specification books, and purchasing guides for internal use and external partners.
• Continuously evolve and scale design packages to support growth across multiple markets and formats.
FF&E Procurement & Budget Management:
• Own the entire FF&E purchasing process—from sourcing and budgeting to order placement, production tracking, and installation.
• Build and manage project-specific budgets; control costs while maintaining brand standards and design quality.
• Coordinate delivery logistics, warehousing, and final install timelines with internal teams and vendors.
• Track long lead items and identify alternative solutions proactively if timelines or costs shift.
• Maintain a centralized database of preferred vendors, finishes, warranties, and cost benchmarks.


Project Management & Construction Collaboration:
• Work closely with the Construction & Project Manager to align design timelines and procurement schedules with construction milestones.
• Participate in digital site walkthroughs and review construction drawings, shop drawings, and field conditions to ensure accurate design execution.
• Respond to RFIs, resolve field changes, and issue updated design clarifications in real time.
• Collaborate on punch lists to ensure design-related items are completed to spec and brand expectations.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
• Partner with operations, culinary, and marketing teams to ensure design supports functionality and guest experience.
• Support the development of future concepts and test new design ideas for scalability and innovation.
• Provide feedback on vendor performance, material durability, and operational outcomes to inform future design decisions.

Qualifications as a Senior Interior Designer:
• 5+ years of experience in interior design within hospitality or restaurant environments, with a portfolio of built work.
• 3+ years managing FF&E procurement and vendor coordination at a national or multi-unit level.
• Strong understanding of restaurant-specific operational needs and how design supports them.
• Advanced proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), and project management tools (Smartsheet, Trello, or similar).
• Skilled at interpreting and marking up architectural plans and construction documents.
• Extremely organized and able to manage multiple projects remotely with minimal oversight.
• A true hybrid—creative designer, strategic buyer, and organized project manager.
• Obsessed with details, quality, and storytelling through space.
• Capable of building the infrastructure (standards, manuals, purchasing books) that allows a brand to scale rapidly and consistently.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, remote work environment and knows how to manage deliverables without daily oversight.
• Resourceful, calm under pressure, and aligned with the energy and urgency of the hospitality industry.
