About the role:
We are seeking an experienced new talent to join Accenture’s Oracle AMS team, part of the broader Accenture Technology team, where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in working with Oracle technology. There are various clients we are dealing with, providing innovative technology solutions and Oracle technology based consulting services to enhance business performance relating to Oracle Cloud. This role requires Oracle Cloud ERP and Procurement skills. Skills in Oracle SCM Cloud are advantageous. 

Responsibilities include:
As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will be responsible for advising, leading, and working on high-impact activities within the application management lifecycle. Your role will involve providing advisory work for IT or business functions, ensuring that the team is aligned with goals and objectives. 

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, and be responsible for team decisions. 

Understanding the finance and procure to pay lifecycle is highly desirable.

Engaging with multiple teams and contributing to key decisions will be essential, as well as providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. A high level of proficiency in Oracle and related processes is required. Expert proficiency in Application Lifecycle Management is recommended. Advanced proficiency in technology assessment is a nice to have.

Over 15 years of experience is preferred.

Key activities you will perform include:

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and align with objectives and manage stakeholders.

• Develop and implement strategies to optimise the application development lifecycle processes.

• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology and in consulting.

• Conduct assessments of current technology solutions and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
