Job description

***This is a remote position that can work from any state within the United States.

ROLE:  

The Senior Account Manager is pivotal in achieving retention and growth targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.  The Sr Account Manager will be able to demonstrate a combination of client management expertise, strategic thinking, implementation and onboarding experience, and excellent communication skills to ensure successful relationships and expansion with these critical accounts.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key TCAH clients, serving as their primary point of contact.  Must be comfortable in speaking with Acute Care Hospital Leadership, PACE Directors, Chief Medical Officers, and other C-Suite Level Leaders.
  • Onboard new key TCAH clients, overseeing all aspects of client implementation, including but not limited to account setup, billing & claims configurations, EMR integrations, PACS to PACS image routing, and online web portal utilization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations (imaging and lab) and marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer and patient experience.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite to manage client information, track activities, and produce reports.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.

SKILLS|EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a healthcare-related field.
  • 5 years healthcare experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer relationship management roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding.

Ability to travel to meet clients as needed
