  • Develop implementation plans and conduct IT assessments to optimize customer product setups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product adoption and customer relationships.

Entrust Corporation seeks to fill a Senior Onboarding Consultant job opportunity located in Shakopee, MN.

Job Duties:  Manage Information Technology onboarding and implementation projects for customers in connection with Entrust digital identity and security solutions to suit their goals within budget and on schedule. Educate current and prospective customers about product offerings, technical capabilities, and implementations through onboarding meetings, product tours, company presentations, and product demos. Perform IT assessments and develop deep understanding of customer context, and apply knowledge of Entrust technology suite to identify comprehensive solutions to best serve those goals. Develop implementation plans, including analyses for customer setup, and educate customers to ensure their product setup is optimized to achieve customer goals. Confer with relevant internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve problems, eliminating customer roadblocks related to product issues, poor implementation, support issues, or customer knowledge gaps, or simply poor product understanding. Initiate, review and approve improvements related to product adoption, customer retention, and helping foster positive customer relationships that create a loyal customer base. Assist customer support with customer issues and requests. Develop and implement materials for technical and nontechnical stakeholders to assist customers with learning best practices to achieve their desired outcomes faster and more efficiently. Fully remote position, may work from any location within the United States.

Requirements:  Requires Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in computer science, telecommunications, information systems, or related field of study; plus 36 months of experience in the job offered or in any related occupation in which the required skills were gained. In lieu of a Master's degree, a bachelor's degree and 60 months of experience are also acceptable. Requires demonstrated experience in: Ruby, Python, CSS, XML or JavaScript; Swift; Kotlin; APIs, SDKs, and web applications; Postman, Datadog, Splunk, Zendesk, Jira, and Salesforce Cloud Service; RESTful API design and technical integrations; Frontend and back end technologies including basic full stack web development.

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $89,859-$131,793 per year (in the primary posting location). This position is also eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience and actual performance against the assigned sales compensation plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
