Solution Development Representative (SDR) – Compliance Services

Remote | Full-Time | Base: $26hr | OTE: $80k (Uncapped Commission)

We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Solution Development Representative (SDR) to join our U.S. Food Sales team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping to drive growth for our Registrar’s Complete Compliance and ComplyHub services This is an essential compliance solution for food and beverage companies—including retailers, CPG brands, and manufacturers—that is transforming how regulatory and purchasing teams manage food safety.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, outreach, and assigned prospect lists
  • Conduct discovery conversations and schedule product demos for Account Executives
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients to drive pipeline growth
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and lead status in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Provide regular updates on performance metrics and pipeline progress to sales leadership

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Prospecting Expertise: Demonstrated ability to research, identify, and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, email campaigns, and social selling. Comfortable initiating conversations and generating interest in a solution-oriented environment.
  • Discovery-Driven Communication: Skilled at asking insightful questions to uncover prospect needs and qualify opportunities. Able to clearly articulate value propositions and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
  • Pipeline Discipline: Organized and detail-oriented in managing a high volume of leads and activities. Consistently updates CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) to maintain accurate records and support forecasting.
  • Resilience and Grit: Maintains a positive, persistent attitude in the face of rejection. Motivated by goals and driven to exceed outreach and meeting targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Learning Agility: Quick to absorb new information about products, industries, and buyer personas. Adapts messaging and approach based on feedback and evolving market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Works closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to align on strategy, share insights, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling to the Food & Beverage industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Familiarity with compliance or regulatory service Foreign language proficiency, especially Spanish, is a strong plus
  • Passion for technology and innovation in the food sector
