Job description

Role: Senior NICE/inContact Consultant
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: 6 Months+
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: Remote – Open to Global Candidates
Language Requirement: Fluent Spanish (Verbal & Written)


Overview:
We are partnering with a customer to support the deployment of NICE/inContact solutions across Mexico and Latin America. This is a new initiative requiring seasoned professionals who can bring both deep technical expertise and strategic consulting capabilities to the table. The first lead engineer is expected to start mid-May.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary NICE/inContact technical and strategic advisor for a major regional deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer and client's NICE expert lead on direction, roadmap alignment, and best practice implementation.
  • Provide high-level solution design, architecture guidance, and hands-on configuration support.
  • Lead workshops and consult with stakeholders to optimize call flows, integrations, and operational processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers as the team expands over the course of the engagement.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of deep experience with NICE/inContact systems, including implementation, customization, and consulting.
  • Proven ability to operate in a customer-facing, advisory role with C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent Spanish communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
  • Strong understanding of call center strategy, contact flows, omnichannel capabilities, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and align closely with global project leads and client's support teams.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Latin America or supporting regional/global rollouts.
  • Availability to start mid-May.
  • Based in or with prior knowledge of Mexico or LATAM market dynamics (a plus, not required).
