Responsibilities:
Oversee current Sales Cloud environments while assisting with new Salesforce.com solutions Define, own, and manage projects that improve our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment Collaborate with Salesforce developers to deliver scalable and effective features for the business Work cross-functionally to deliver on process improvements Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflow. Maintain the functional areas of data management, accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, etc. Maintain knowledge of user roles, security, and profiles Help serve as the internal champion for using Salesforce.com across the organization and evangelize the use of the system and consistently document, coach and train end user community Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving Marketing and Sales Operations Understand business process management and translate requirements into Salesforce functionality Execute project implementations, process and system changes Assess and implement new technology solutions including the testing of systems, software administration, as well as configuring software for use by the company Stay abreast of changing business needs and continuously improve process and systems Own data integrity in the platform Handle ad-hoc project and report requests as required Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations Administer 3rd party tools that leverage the Force.com platform Know and implement Salesforce.com best practices that are applicable to the business.
