Job Title: Business Administrator with Epic Certification
Location: Fully Remote
Duration: 6 Months Contract to hire

Job Summary:
The Business Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing business operations related to the Epic system. This role involves coordinating with various departments, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that Epic systems support organizational goals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic modules.
Ensure system updates, upgrades, and configurations align with business needs.
Monitor and analyze system performance, making recommendations for improvements.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to understand workflow requirements and translate them into Epic configurations.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of the Epic system.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Epic-related issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
Lead and manage Epic-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate with IT, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Generate and analyze reports from Epic to support business decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Epic system.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Epic Certification in relevant modules (required).
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business administration role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Hands-on experience with Epic systems and related technologies.
Experience in project management and process improvement.
Proficiency in using Epic modules and related healthcare software.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and processes.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
