Location/Type: Remote

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a high-touch concierge service to candidates as they progress through the hiring process. This position will be responsible for all candidate communication, internal communication with hiring managers, performing video screening interviews following script, ensuring integrity of the applicant tracking system, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule candidates for interviews while managing calendars and communicating effectively with several hiring managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Track recruiting activities across the firm and provide consistent feedback to candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and the management team
  • Create and maintain a great candidate experience through the interview process, from initial outreach to onboarding
  • Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills
  • Maintain data integrity in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, follow up and follow through 
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone)
  • Strong and stable internet connection to allow for disruption-free video and audio calls
  • Quiet environment with a professional background to facilitate video interviews

Desirable Qualities:

  • Strong team working skills
  • Proactive project management skills
  • Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources
