We are growing and have an open position of a Digital Marketing Specialist for Automotive Business in the USA and Canada.

Responsibilities:

Partner with different departments to ensure successful service delivery on the client’s proprietary advertising products.
Assist TL and other departments with process-related tasks.
Effectively close and QA client cases within Salesforce CRM system and other related platforms.
Provide basic activity reporting to performance managers based on account needs and regular activity.
Other related tasks assigned by managers of the Client and/or Helpware.

Skills and Qualifications:

Fast-paced, multitasking and detail-oriented - you will manage a queue of important client requests with a quick turnaround time expectation
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written & communication English skills (Upper-Intermediate+ level)
Proficiency using Google Docs & Sheets (Microsoft Office)
Experience in Digital Marketing and/or CRM systems would be a plus
