As a teammate in this role, you will provide Tier II application support for our IKC clinical teams and business groups. This role supports the software environments across all Oracle-Cerner platforms, including providing hardware support specific to the applications and system requirements. The teammate in this role will align closely with our users, Product, and Development teams to coordinate and collaborate with various stakeholders, as well as the Oracle-Cerner team to investigate problems and deploy solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Thorough understanding of IT systems
  • 1-2 years of experience with Oracle- Cerner or DaVita applications
  • Ability to leverage your troubleshooting skills to provide timely solutions to customer problems to ensure customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ability to independently problem-solve complex issues.
  • Prior experience supporting clinical end users in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of operating system internals, file systems, functions of hardware components, and how hardware and software components work together.
  • 2+ years of support experience in a networked business environment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • ·Experience using Microsoft Office Applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Proficient in front of Microsoft office applications

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

Salary/ Wage Range

$29.50 - $43.50 / hour

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

* New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour
• Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hour
